Advisory Group Meeting

The first meeting of the Going Dutch? advisory group took place on 2 November 2021. The group discussed the main themes of the project, potential case studies of heat transition planning in the UK and the Netherlands, and plans for engagement with policy in the two countries. Areas covered included: the governance and ownership of energy networks; relationships between local, regional and national government; public engagement and support for or opposition to heat transition and gas phase out, and the importance of housing tenure.
